This credential-based pathway is designed for coaches who have already completed acceptable education and want their qualifications independently reviewed and validated without taking a board examination. AANWC reviews education credentials and applicant qualifications against established certification requirements to recognize eligible coaches across multiple specialty areas. Approved applicants receive AANWC board certification as a verifiable digital credential, providing a secure and shareable way to demonstrate their professional education, board-certified status, and commitment to ethical wellness coaching.

Qualifications & Cost
1. Hold a “Program” certificate of completion or diploma in a holistic health field that is acceptable to AANWC. One single “Course” completion (alone) is not eligible.
2. And/or hold an Associates, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree in a holistic health field that is acceptable to AANWC.
3. 21 years of age.

AANWC Code of Ethics and Operations
1. I will consider and support the whole person.
2. I will practice with and teach my clients the healing power of nature.
3. I will provide full disclosure, to my clients and potential clients, regarding the scope of my practice, education and experience.
4. I will suggest nothing harmful to anyone who asks for my help or advice.
5. I will, at all times, be aware of and abide by all state and local regulations, relative to the practice of natural wellness.
6. I will never exceed my scope of practice, by diagnosing illness or disease, prescribing any course of treatment, injecting anything into the body or performing surgery.
7. I will not discriminate against clients, or other professionals, based on race, religion, age, sex, physical ability, sexual orientation or economic conditions.
8. I will keep all information about my clients in strictest confidence and will only divulge such information if required by law or when authorized by the client in question.
9. I will not engage in inappropriate relationships or behavior with clients.
10. I agree to display all applicable board certificates, diplomas and this code of ethics in a prominent location in my work environment, within easy viewing of the client and all who might inspect my professional facilities.
11. I will strive consistently to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating myself to the noble profession of Natural Wellness.
